We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

  • Final sale items (e.g., personalized/custom products) are non-returnable.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer service at support@tiklighting.com within 7 days.

  • Provide your order number and reason for return.

  • We will email you a prepaid return shipping label (if applicable) and direct you to the nearest return service point.

  • Ship the item to the designated return location provided by our team.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved returns: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the item.

  • Non-damaged/defective items: Return shipping fees will be deducted.

  • Damaged/defective items: Full refund + return shipping fees covered.

  • Non-returnable items: Store credit may be offered at our discretion.
