1. Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached.
Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
Final sale items (e.g., personalized/custom products) are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact our customer service at support@tiklighting.com within 7 days.
Provide your order number and reason for return.
We will email you a prepaid return shipping label (if applicable) and direct you to the nearest return service point.
Ship the item to the designated return location provided by our team.
3. Refund Policy
Approved returns: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the item.
Non-damaged/defective items: Return shipping fees will be deducted.
Damaged/defective items: Full refund + return shipping fees covered.
Non-returnable items: Store credit may be offered at our discretion.
